Youth Cafeteria Campaign Not Permitted to Go Ahead

Dear Outreach Issues

This mail is just to give you a feedback from the Youth Caucus "fair trade"-action. Unfortunately, no action could take place as we did not get the permission to do so. Therefore we ask the readers to independently fill in a suggestion-sheet at the entrance of the One World Café (first floor cafeteria) and to put it into the box, if they wish the cafeteria to be more sustainable. It is important that many people suggest something for the policy to change.

We wrote an e-mail to the NY-based NGO "Justfood" to follow up the whole process, as we are going to leave the UN on Friday. Maybe you could mention this in tomorrow's outreach, in case people are wondering why the announced action did not take place.

Yours sincerely

The Youth Caucus
