• All representatives from the Major Groups community at CSD are invited to participate in the CSD 17 Orientation and Training Workshop prior to CSD. The training session takes place on Sunday, May 3 at the Bahá'í International Centre in New York from 12.30 till 18.00. The Bahá'í International Centre is located just a few minutes walk from the UN on the corner of 1st Avenue and 48 Street, on the same side of 1st Avenue as the UN. The address is 866 UN Plaza. You will find the entrance a block north of the UN, almost at the very end of the UN Garden, across from the German House and just south of the Beekman Tower Hotel.

• The SDIN Training and Info Workshop for the CSD 17 Intergovernmental Preparatory Meeting (IPM) will be held on Sunday 22 February 2009, at Two UN Plaza, 22nd Conference Room (44th Street, between 1st and 2nd Avenue, New York, NY).
